Jason weiner

Executive Vice President of Operations and Business Development, Vintage Design Incorporated - Nuwood Design | Jason works diligently with builder partners to tailor programs to fit their flooring and cabinetry needs. Off the clock, Jason enjoys coaching his son's hockey and soccer teams, or just hanging out with his family on Sundays after Church.

Jason is an active contributer to the Building Industry Association - Orange County, participating in various committees, including membership of the Greater Sales & Marketing Council Board of Directors.

Michelle Thrakulchavee

Vice President of Land Acquisition, City Ventures | Michelle is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing land acquisitions for future residential and mixed-use development projects in coastal infill areas of California, analyzing the financial viability of the potential project, structuring the deal, negotiating the contract, managing the feasibility of the project, and consummating the transaction.

Michelle is a Board Member for the Orange County Chapter of the Building Industry Association (BIA) and also a Board Member for HomeAid Orange County. She is involved with the Urban Infill and NextGen Committees of the BIA, an active Urban Land Institute (ULI) member, and holds a leadership position on the Orange County District’s Multi-Housing Initiative Council.

Dimitrius lynch

Licensed architect in the state of California | With over 12 years of experience in design and project management, he is practiced both domestically and internationally in various product types - retail, office interiors, restaurants, medical facilities, and hospitality - with a focus in residential design.

Dimitrius is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and WELL accredited professional (AP). WELL AP denotes expertise and a commitment to advancing human health and wellness in buildings and communities.
